Welcome to Fitkult! Before you begin using our services, please take a moment to review our terms and conditions to ensure a smooth and seamless experience.

DELIVERY

Food will be delivered to you from sunday till thursday between 6 PM and 10 PM or monday till friday between 8 AM and 11 AM

Changes in the delivery address/slot is permitted if requested 3 working days ahead.

Sudden changes in deliveries will be charged on the customer, not on Fitkult.

Delivery is not always valid on Public Holidays.

The delivery team or a secondary courier will deliver to the address stipulated in your order.

SUBSCRIPTION And Payment

A free consultation and regular follow ups will be granted to active clients.

If a member is assigned 2 cooler bags. Kindly return your cooler bag and ice packs on a daily basis.

Any modification or cancellation in the menu is permitted if requested 3 working days ahead.

You can freeze your subscription up to 2 times per month and for a maximum period of 1 week.

Customers should notify Fitkult about any food intolerance or allergy before subscribing.

To ensure that your meals and snacks remain fresh and of the highest quality, we recommend refrigerating them

immediately upon receiving your cooler bag.

To avoid any interruptions or delays in the delivery of your meals, we kindly request that you renew your subscription

at least 3 working days before your current package expires.

To ensure timely delivery and accurate meal selection, we kindly request that you make your menu selection for the

upcoming week by 12:00 PM on Thursdays. If we do not receive your menu selection by this time, we will freeze your

subscription for the upcoming week or the system will choose for you. We will do our best to accommodate changes

made after the cut-off time, we cannot guarantee that they will be accepted. We highly advise our valued customers to

adhere to the cut-off time provided for a smooth and hassle-free experience.


Prices include VAT and exclude delivery charges.

Orders are non-refundable. Any cancellation/freezing of account should be given notice before 72 working hours.

To ensure the safe and secure processing of payments made through our website, any details our clients provide

during the transaction will be securely transmitted to our payment providers through an encrypted connection.

Cardholders must retain a copy of transaction records

ALLERGIES AND LIABILITY

Fitkult does not cater for severe or life-threatening allergies. While we take standard precautions, our meals are

prepared in facilities that handle common allergens including, but not limited to, nuts, dairy, gluten, eggs, soy, and

seafood. By subscribing to our service, you acknowledge and accept that Fitkult is not liable for any allergic reactions or

health issues that may occur. It is the client's responsibility to disclose any allergies before subscribing, and to make

informed decisions based on the ingredients listed.
